Dispute Resolution Program
What does it mean to be an advocate? Does it mean you win at all costs or are you committed to problem solving? For over 25 years, our Program has produced advocates who are well-rounded and effective at meeting their client’s needs. The Dispute Resolution Program at Vermont Law School lets students explore the theoretical and practical aspects of more efficient and cooperative processes for dispute resolution through a variety of clinics, courses, conferences, workshops, and research offerings. Students learn basic skills in class, perfect them in clinics, study them in advanced research courses, and learn from practitioners through the semester in practice program. For those looking for intense training in a short period, join us for our
summer sessions and learn from leaders from across the country.
