Erika Doering Design

Erika Doering is the principal of Erika Doering Design, a design firm specializing in renovation and custom furnishings for private residences, public spaces, commercial studios and retail stores.  Erika is a professor specializing in Green Design at Parsons School of Design, NYC., and Pratt Institute, Brooklyn, NY.

She has co-developed and produced a full day seminar on “Educating The Educators about Eco Design,” which she inaugurated at Parsons in September 2003.  A long-standing member of O2 NY, Erika co-produced the successful Assignment: Green at The Municipal Arts Society, an exhibition of the state of Eco Design Education in six prominent NYC area design schools held during March-April 2003.  She is also a co-founder of the Association of Women Industrial Designers.
