Michael Harris Vermont Law School Mike Harris is a Visiting Assistant Professor of Law at Vermont Law School during the Spring 2008 semester. Mike is teaching Administrative Law and Air Pollution Law and Policy. Before coming to Vermont, Mike was a Senior Deputy District Counsel for the South Coast Air Quality Management District where he worked on policy and legal issues associated with air quality in the Los Angeles. Mike has also worked as a staff attorney with Earthjustice in Denver, Colorado and has over 10 years of experience working on air pollution related cases. In the Fall of 2008, Mike will be joining the faculty at the University of Denver College of Law as the Director of the school’s Environmental Law Clinic. |
