Sandra Levine Conservation Law Foundation Sandra Levine is a senior attorney in Montpelier, Vermont with the Conservation Law Foundation, New England’s leading environmental advocate and the nation’s foremost regional environmental organization. Her work focuses on climate change, clean energy, land use, transportation and natural resource protection. She has been involved with land use and utility regulation and litigation for 20 years. Her advocacy targets opportunities to address climate change by fostering efficiency, conservation and renewable energy throughout New England. Her prior experience includes representing ratepayers as Special Counsel for the Vermont Public Service Department, and as a private attorney, representing various clients in utility regulatory proceedings.
