Freelance Writer

Greg Pahl is a freelance writer and journalist who has been involved with
renewable energy issues for more than 25 years. He has written about wind
power, hydro power, solar energy, geothermal energy, biomass, biodiesel,
wood heating, green building materials, electric cars, energy efficient home
appliances, and sustainable forestry management. He is the author of The
Citizen-Powered Energy Handbook: Community Solutions to a Global Crisis
(2007, Chelsea Green), Biodiesel: Growing a New Energy Economy (2005,
Chelsea Green); Natural Home Heating: The Complete Guide to Renewable Energy
Options (Chelsea Green, 2003), and several other books about sustainable
living. He is a founding member of the Vermont Biofuels Association as well
as the Addison County Relocalization Network.
